For your convenience we accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. Only the cardmember is allowed to place an order online. When an item is delivered the cardmember has to be present UPON DELIVERY, accept delivery and must have the credit card, that was used along with 2 pieces of identification, and sign the credit card stub in the presence of our delivery person.

We ship futon frames and other items that are in stock immediately. Items that are not in stock take 2 weeks to order. Storage beds and captain beds are made to order within 1-2 weeks. Shipping is FREE within Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx and Staten Island and includes only a curbside delivery. Installation is available! For an installation quote, please call Tel: (212) 725 7810. The installation quote will vary depending on what items you are interested in purchasing and must only be paid upon delivery.

Truck Freight

These products are too heavy/large to ship via the small package delivery services (e.g. UPS, FedEx) so it will be sent to you via truck freight. Truck freight is different than standard UPS, FedEx or US Mail in that you will be responsible for carrying the product from the back of the truck into your house (or wherever it\'s going).

The most important thing to remember about truck freight is that you MUST inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason for you to be at all concerned about damage, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem.

If you are ordering a very large item, please keep in mind that you may need a couple of people to help unload it. Alternatively, most truck freight companies offer additional services to help you move items from the truck into your house. Once we email you the tracking information you can contact the shipper directly to inquire about additional services. You would be responsible for directly paying the truck freight carrier for any additional services.
